Payment processing fees are handled by Stripe at their standard rates (2.9% + 30¢ per transaction). These fees are the same whether you're on Free or Pro—we don't add any additional charges on top.

Absolutely! Upgrade to Pro whenever you're ready, and downgrade if needed. When upgrading mid-cycle, you'll be prorated for the remaining days. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.

Pro starts at $59/month for your first location with unlimited team members. Each additional location is $49/month. All locations share the same account, making multi-location management seamless.

Yes! Annual billing saves you approximately 17%—that's $590/year for your first location instead of $708 when paying monthly. Additional locations are $490/year each.

Your data is always yours. If you downgrade from Pro to Free, you'll retain access to all your client data and history. Some Pro features will become unavailable, but nothing is deleted.
