Plans, payment processing, switching, cancellation, and what happens to your data at every step.

The 30-day free trial

Every new account starts a 30-day free trial automatically. No credit card is required to begin. You have complete access to every feature during the trial.

At the end of 30 days, you choose between Booth Renter and Pro and add a payment method. If you don't subscribe, your data is preserved — only new bookings pause until you activate.

Plans

Booth Renter — $20/month

For independent solo operators. 1 team member, 1 location, 1,500 emails/mo, 5,000 AI credits/mo, advanced reporting, custom branded website and domain.

Pro — from $59/month

$59/mo for the first location, $49/mo for each additional location. Unlimited team members, unlimited locations, 3,000 emails/mo, 1,000 SMS/mo, $10/mo AI credits, custom domain, advanced reporting.

Annual billing

Annual billing on Pro saves about 17%: $590/year for the first location (vs $708 monthly), $490/year per additional location. Booth Renter is monthly only.

Payment processing fees

Lilo uses Stripe for payments and adds no markup on Stripe's rates.

  • Online: 2.90% + $0.30 per transaction
  • In person (Tap to Pay): 2.50% + $0.30 per transaction, plus $0.10 per Tap to Pay authorization
  • Manual card entry: 3.30% + $0.30 per transaction

Switching plans

To switch between Booth Renter and Pro, email contact@heylilo.co and we'll handle the change for you. Self-serve plan switching from the dashboard isn't available yet — it's on the roadmap.

When you upgrade mid-cycle we prorate for the remaining days. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period; after that, new bookings pause and your data is preserved. Re-subscribing restores full access immediately.

Data retention

Your data is always yours — clients, appointments, services, history, media, and forms. We don't delete data when a trial expires or a subscription lapses. To export or permanently delete your data, see Settings → Account or email contact@heylilo.co.

Migration from another platform

Free concierge migration is available from Vagaro, Boulevard, Mindbody, Mangomint, and most other salon software. We'll move your clients, appointments, and history. Email contact@heylilo.co to start.
