Owner
You created the organization. You have full control of every feature, every location, and every dollar.
Who you are
Every organization has exactly one Owner. The Owner role is set when the account is created and can only be transferred, not assigned. If you sell the business or step back, transfer ownership from Settings → Team → Transfer ownership.
Where you spend your time
- Dashboard — daily revenue, bookings, and AI insights at a glance
- Reports — deeper revenue, retention, and provider analytics
- Settings → Billing — your plan, payment method, invoices
- Settings → Team — invite, edit, and remove team members
What you can do
Everything the Admin can do, plus:
- Cancel the subscription (plan switches are handled by Lilo support)
- Update payment methods and download invoices
- Add or remove locations (and delete locations)
- Transfer ownership to another team member
- Permanently delete the organization
What you can't do
Nothing — the Owner has access to every feature in Lilo.
Common tasks
- Switch plans — email contact@heylilo.co. See Billing & account.
- Invite a team member — Settings → Team → Invite. Pick a role; see Roles.
- Add a location — Settings → Locations → Add. Each additional location is $49/mo on the Pro plan.
- Transfer ownership — Settings → Team → Transfer ownership. The new Owner must already be a team member.
