Who you are
Service Providers are stylists, barbers, estheticians, massage therapists, nurse injectors, trainers — anyone who performs the services clients book. You see your own schedule, your own clients, and your own performance. You don't see the rest of the business's operations.
Where you spend your time
You won't see the dashboard. Lilo opens directly to your calendar, on web and mobile. The mobile app is the primary tool for most providers — it's built for the chair, not a desk.

- Request time off, call in sick, request shift changes, pick up open shifts
- Request a marketing campaign (the manager or admin sends it)
- View your own performance reports
- Use Lilo AI for replies, scheduling suggestions, and prep notes
What you can't do
- See other providers' calendars or clients
- Edit other providers' appointments
- Manage the team, services catalog, or business settings
- Send forms or build campaigns yourself
- View organization-wide reports
Common tasks
- Check who's next — open the mobile app; your next appointment is at the top of the calendar with the client's prep notes.
- Add a client's preferences — open the client → Notes → add a preference. It shows up next time they book.
- Request time off — My schedule → Request time off. Your manager gets notified.
- Pick up an open shift — My schedule → Open shifts → Pick up.
- Ask Lilo AI to draft a reply — open the client message → Lilo AI → Draft reply.
