You can do everything the Owner can do — except change the subscription, manage billing, or delete the organization.
Who you are
Admins are senior team members trusted to run the business operationally. You can manage every location, every team member, every client, and every setting — but you can't cost the business money by changing the plan, adding locations, or canceling the subscription.
Where you spend your time
- Dashboard — operational overview
- Reports — full reports across locations and providers
- Settings → Team — invite, edit, and remove team members
- Settings → Business — branding, booking page, hours, policies
- Catalog — services, memberships, inventory, resources
What you can do
- Manage all clients, including notes, financials, and intake forms
- Manage all appointments at all locations
- Manage the catalog (services, memberships, inventory, resources)
- Manage the team (invite, edit, remove, assign roles up to Admin)
- Configure all business settings (branding, booking, hours, policies)
- Run and send marketing campaigns
- Configure loyalty and referrals
- View all reports and AI insights
- View billing read-only (see plan and current usage)
What you can't do
- Change the subscription plan or cancel it
- Update payment methods or download invoices
- Add, remove, or delete locations
- Transfer ownership
- Delete the organization
For these actions, ask the Owner.
Common tasks
- Onboard a new provider — Settings → Team → Invite, choose Service Provider, set their services and schedule.
- Edit a client's notes or financials — Clients → select client → edit.
- Build and send a campaign — Marketing → Campaigns → New. Lilo AI can write the copy and pick the audience.
