You greet clients, take bookings, run checkout, and keep the day on the rails. The dashboard is built for you to do that fast.

Who you are

Front Desk team members work the floor at one or more assigned locations. You handle the moments where the schedule meets reality: walk-ins, no-shows, late arrivals, last-minute changes, and checkout.

Where you spend your time

  • Calendar — the day's appointments at your location
  • Clients — quickly search, create, and update profiles
  • Checkout — process payments, apply discounts, take tips
  • Forms — send and review client intake

What you can do

  • Create, edit, cancel, and check-in appointments
  • Manage clients (create, edit, view notes and financials)
  • Manage services, products, and bookable resources
  • Send and review intake forms
  • Process checkout, apply discounts, accept tips
  • Send marketing campaigns (no delete)
  • Redeem loyalty points
  • Request your own time off, sick days, and shift changes
  • View location-scoped reports

What you can't do

  • Manage the team or assign roles
  • Edit organization or business settings
  • Configure loyalty or referral program structure
  • Build marketing automations
  • Access billing

Common tasks

  • Check in a client — Calendar → click the appointment → Check in.
  • Take a walk-in — Calendar → click the open slot → New appointment. Create the client inline if they're new.
  • Run checkout — From the appointment → Checkout. Add retail products, apply discounts or membership perks, take tip, process payment.
  • Send an intake form — Clients → select client → Forms → Send.
