Catalog
The catalog is everything you sell — services, bundles, memberships, retail products, and the rooms and equipment your services need. Configure once, reused everywhere bookings, checkout, and reports happen.
Services
A service has a name, description, duration, price, buffer time before/after, the providers qualified to perform it, and the resources (rooms, equipment) it requires. Group services into categories for a cleaner booking page. Services can be marked bookable online, in-person only, or by request.
Bundles
A bundle is a group of services performed in one appointment at a discounted price (for example, “Cut + Color + Style”). Bundles are atomic at booking — clients buy the whole bundle, not individual services from inside it. Total price equals the bundle price plus any individually-added extras.
Memberships
Memberships are recurring subscriptions that give clients perks: service discounts, included visits, product savings, loyalty point multipliers, or priority booking. Configure tiers, billing cycle, and the perk set. Lilo handles the recurring Stripe billing, renewals, and cancellation.
Inventory & products
Track retail products you sell at checkout. Each product has a SKU, cost, price, current stock, and low-stock alert threshold. Products can be attached to services as recommended add-ons, surfaced automatically at checkout, and reordered with one-click vendor emails when stock runs low.
Rooms & resources
A resource is a bookable thing that isn't a person — a treatment room, station, chair, or piece of equipment. Configure the resource's capacity (how many simultaneous bookings it supports) and which services require it. Lilo prevents double-booking automatically.
