Operations
The Operations area is where managers and admins run the business. It groups the cross-cutting tools that power the calendar and the catalog.
Appointments
A flat, filterable list of every appointment — past, present, and future. Filter by status (booked, completed, cancelled, no-show), provider, location, service, or date range. Used for audits, reconciling daily totals, and pulling lists for outreach.
Invoices
Every checkout produces an invoice. Invoices show line items, tax, discounts, tips, and the payment method. Refund or adjust from the invoice detail. Email or download invoices as PDFs.
Forms
Build custom forms (intake, consent, post-treatment surveys) and send them to clients before or after an appointment. Forms can be required for booking, conditional on service, and scoped per location. Responses are HIPAA-stored on the client's profile.
Messages
Two-way email and SMS conversations with clients, threaded by client and appointment. Lilo AI can draft responses in your voice; you approve and send. SMS is included on the Pro plan; Booth Renter is email-only.
Audiences
Define and save client segments based on behavior and attributes. Common audiences: lapsed clients, VIP regulars, members, birthday this month, never-rebooked. Audiences are reusable across campaigns, automations, and Lilo AI's campaign builder.
Team
Manage team members, roles, schedules, and time-off requests. Owners and Admins can invite, edit, and remove members; Location Managers manage their location's team. See Roles for what each role can and can't do.
Reports
Revenue, retention, provider performance, service mix, marketing attribution, no-show rate, and AI-powered Q&A on your business data. Reports are scoped to your role: Owners and Admins see organization-wide; Location Managers see their location; Service Providers see their own performance.
