Provider workspace

Service Providers have a dedicated workspace, scoped to their own clients and appointments. The mobile app is the primary surface — it works the way a chair-side workflow actually works.

My calendar

Your appointments, today and ahead. Create new appointments for your clients, edit existing ones, and check clients in. You can't see other providers' calendars.

My clients

The clients who book with you. View their history, preferences, photos, and notes; add new notes after each visit; manage their before/after gallery.

My services

The services you're qualified to perform. Edit your own service-specific notes and pricing where allowed by your manager. New services and changes to qualifications are managed by Owners, Admins, and Location Managers.

My schedule

Your working hours, time-off requests, sick-day call-ins, and shift changes. From here you can:

  • Request time off (your manager approves)
  • Call in sick (notifies the manager and impacted clients)
  • Request a schedule change
  • View open shifts and pick them up

My marketing requests

Service Providers can't send campaigns directly, but you can request a campaign — describe what you want (a new service, a quiet day to fill, a personal milestone) and your manager or admin reviews and sends it. Lilo AI helps draft the request.

Provider profile

Your bio, photo, social links, and the services list that appears on the booking page. Clients see this when picking a provider for their appointment.
