Settings
Settings is where the business gets configured. Most of these sections are scoped to specific roles — Owners and Admins see everything; Location Managers see location-scoped settings; Front Desk and Service Providers see read-only or limited views.
Business profile
Your organization's name, type, timezone, and contact info. Used on invoices, emails, and the booking page. Owner/Admin only.
Booking & policies
Configure how online bookings work: lead time, latest-booking cutoff, deposit requirements, cancellation window and fees, no-show fees, rescheduling rules, and which services are bookable online.
Hours of operation
Set the location's default hours. Override individual days for holidays, special events, or closures. Provider hours are configured separately on each provider's schedule.
Branding
Logo, colors, fonts, and the imagery used on your booking page, emails, and (for Booth Renter and Pro) your custom-branded website. Pro accounts can connect a custom domain; Booth Renter accounts use a heylilo.com subdomain plus a Lilo-hosted website on a custom domain.
Client portal
Configure what clients can do from their portal: reschedule, cancel, see notes, manage payment methods, view loyalty points, manage household members, fill forms.
Discounts
Create reusable discount codes and percent-off rules. Discounts can be scoped to specific services, products, member tiers, or first- time clients. Front Desk can apply discounts at checkout but can't create new ones.
Locations
Add, edit, and remove physical locations. Each location has its own address, hours, team, and (optionally) booking page. Pro accounts only — Booth Renter is single-location. Add and delete are Owner only.
Team & roles
Invite, edit, and remove team members. Assign a role and the services they perform. See Roles for what each role can do. Owner role is transferred, not assigned.
Payments (Stripe)
Connect your Stripe account to accept cards online and in person. Stripe handles payouts directly to your bank account. Lilo adds no markup on Stripe's rates — see Billing & account for the full fee schedule.
Integrations
Connect Google Calendar (two-way sync), email, SMS, and accounting tools. Each integration is configured per location.
