Every client gets a complete profile that follows them across visits, providers, and locations. The goal: the next person who serves them knows what they need before they sit down.

Client profiles

A profile contains contact info, visit history, preferences, intake forms, photos, notes, loyalty status, memberships, and outstanding balances. The header surfaces what matters most: next visit, lifetime value, and any flags (no-show pattern, allergies, VIP status).

Visit history & notes

Every appointment is stored on the client's timeline with service details, provider, products purchased, and total spend. Any team member with access can leave notes (general or service-specific) that surface on the next booking.

Client preferences

Track how each client likes things done — preferred provider, favorite products, room temperature, music, conversation style. Preferences are visible to the team before and during the appointment.

Photos & galleries

Upload before/after photos and reference images directly to a client's profile. Photos are stored securely and visible only to authorized team members. Service Providers can manage photos for their own clients.

Household accounts

Link family members under one household so a parent can book for a child, a partner can manage shared appointments, or families can share a payment method. Each member keeps their own profile and history; the household is the connection.

Intake forms (HIPAA)

Send custom intake forms before an appointment — health history, consent, photo release, anything you need. Responses are stored encrypted and HIPAA-compliantly, and surface on the client's profile and the day's appointment.

Tags & segments

Tag clients manually (“VIP”, “new this quarter”) or use saved audience filters to define segments dynamically (“hasn't booked in 60 days”, “spent over $1,000 this year”). Segments feed marketing campaigns and Lilo AI's audience picker.

Client portal

Clients get a self-serve portal where they can view upcoming appointments, reschedule, see their loyalty points, manage payment methods, fill out intake forms, and update household members. The portal is branded to your business and accessible from your booking page.
